Barbarea is a restaurant and a natural wine bar. In the evenings the restaurant is the second face of the bakery Karjase sai. After the bakery closes its doors for two hours at 15.00, we open the evening restaurant Barbarea in the same premises at 17.00. The menu’s inspiration is gathered from different parts of the world and all the dishes are meant to be shared to create discussion and emotion among friends. A large part of the menu consists of sourdough pizzas which are made of Estonian and Italian organic flours and baked in Gianni Acunto wood-fired oven at 500 degrees C.
Restaurant Barbarea was opened on a hot summer day on 17.06.2021.
The restaurant is open from Thursday to Saturday 17.00–23.00
The kitchen is open until 22.00.
